1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our typical turnaround is [3-5] business days, plus shipping time. Custom items may take a little longer depending on the complexity (approximately 7-14 business days once fabric has been selected/or material has been received).

2. Can I make changes to my order after I place it?
If your order is custom and it has not been started yet, we can often adjust it. Reach out as soon as possible with your request. If a custom item has been started unfortunately changes may not be possible.

3. What if I want to include a customization detail that isn’t listed?
No problem! If you have a special font, colour, or unique idea in mind, just reach out to us. We’ll see how we can make it happen!

4. Can I request a rush order?
We may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on current workload. Please contact us directly to discuss options.

5. What materials do you use?
We use high-quality fabrics and materials chosen to ensure your item looks beautiful and lasts for years to come. Many of our materials are thoughtfully upcycled from clothing, blankets, bags, and other textiles that might otherwise have ended up in a landfill. Reducing textile waste is something we care deeply about, and it’s at the heart of how we create.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping in Canada. We may ship some items internationally in the future. Please reach out if there is interest :)

8. How do I care for my item?
Care instructions vary depending on the product. Some items are surface-wash only, while others can be machine washed and air-dried to help maintain their quality and extend their lifespan. If you have any questions, please reach out!

9. Do you offer local pickup?
Absolutely, If you would like to pick up locally in Hamilton, On. Use code LOCALPICKUP for free pickup and you wont be charged for shipping. You will be contacted after order has been placed with address for local pickup.

10. I don't have a credit card, can I e-transfer payment?
Absolutely, please contact us to discuss.
